Human dignity & connection

Less suffering & more joy

Hi! I’m Jen.

I like to ask thought-provoking questions. I’m a physical therapist turned yoga and meditation teacher who seeks to help people feel at home in their bodies, calm in their minds, & inspired to make an impact.

I write and teach for humans who are hurting. For people who feel alone and lost and not good enough. For people who learned to belong but often didn’t feel a sense of belonging. For people who fear judgment. For people who judge. For people who yearn to love and be loved unconditionally.

I write and teach with the hope that we can live differently. We can be beginners. We can make mistakes. We can forgive. We can stop shoveling meaningless things into the gaping holes in our chests. We can put down the pain of the past. We can separate who we are from other people’s pain. We can see others and ourselves as flawed humans. We can value the process of becoming and work together to heal and grow.

We can align our thoughts, words, and actions with what matters most to us.

My north star has always been and will always be love. I pour it into the world with wild abandon and dream of making a positive impact.

I write with the hope of holding someone who needs to be held. Seeing someone who needs to be seen. Guiding someone who is as lost as I have been.

Human dignity and connection are essential to living with less suffering and more joy.

I hope you’ll join me on the journey.

Sending love,

Jen
