Welcome to Yoga
Curious but not sure what exactly this yoga thing is all about? This workshop will introduce you to the basics.
What is yoga? Why do it? What’s a class like? You’ll leave the workshop familiar with the general flow of a class. You’ll try some classic yoga postures, and experience a short guided meditation.
This is a safe and welcoming way to give yoga a try and to feel confident attending more classes.
